Finally, an answer
Well, this is interesting. For about 10 years, I’ve been complaining about my chronic fatigue to any doctor who would listen — despite excessive sleep, I never feel rested. I chalked it up to middle age, perimenopause, working mom of school-aged kids, all the things.
Then I took a sleep study just to “rule out” sleep apnea. Turns out I cannot rule it out at all: Yesterday, I got a diagnosis of “severe sleep apnea.” Huh! So I’ll be on a journey of trying to feel cool while wearing a CPAP machine (after my journey of navigating health insurance to wrangle such a machine) — and if I can get some of my get-up-and-go back in this process, it will be nothing short of life-changing.
Meanwhile, on with the show with new pitch calls below!
