It was a whirlwind holiday season packed with highlights, including a bucket-list-fulfilled family trip to the French Polynesian atoll of Tetiaroa and a stay at The Brando (where Barack Obama wrote his memoirs and Kim Kardashian spent her Covid 40th birthday, to the delight of meme lovers everywhere). I hadn’t done much (any?) in the way of writing since the first third of December and I worried that reentry to full-time laptop mode yesterday would, well, suck. Actually? I’m loving being back in the mix. Routine is so soothing, and (on most days) I love my job. So it feels good to be back. How about y’all?
