Somehow tomorrow marks the first day of a new month. (And that new month is September 2021. What? How?! 🤯) The first of anything is always an appealing opportunity to regroup, reset, and set an intention for a fresh start.
I’ve been feeling uninspired food wise, so I reactivated an old Blue Apron meal kit delivery subscription for a little help with weeknight preparation and a creative jumpstart. I’m also digging out of some extraneous clutter around the house. (Currently on the block: The enormous Barbie Dream House my kids got for their 2020 pandemic birthday as part of a flawed plan I wrote about for Good Housekeeping back then.)
And I created a fresh set of lists for professional and personal goals, long and short term. I love a list. So that all feels good.
What are some of the ultra-satisfying ways you reset?
Open Press Opportunities
I’m rounding up the best hotels in California’s Napa Valley.
I’m working on a variety of roundups featuring new venues in each of the following three regions: Las Vegas, Scottsdale/Phoenix, and San Diego. These venues should be new within the last six months and available for event booking (hotels, restaurants, lounges, activity venues, spas, and more). Please include with your pitch a link to interior photos as well as capacity information for full or partial buyout of the space.
I’m seeking a pediatrician as well as another qualified childhood expert (a pro in early childhood education, development, health, etc.) to answer some very easy questions related to the SEO-driven query: What age is a toddler considered to be?
