See you tomorrow!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! Along with my husband, I tackled the garage cleanout project he has been riding me about for more than five years. We made much progress (with lots more still to go), and it was wildly satisfying. As my sister rightly put it: “You can get the same dopamine hit from getting rid of things as from acquiring new ones.” Nailed it.
Somehow, Labor Day is coming up this weekend and my kids have four days off. (What, you don’t also get Friday off, in honor of the day California became a state, in other parts of the country?)
I’m thinking about booking a last-minute quick trip to Palm Springs or elsewhere in the desert. (It’s family tradition as a summer sendoff… and kickoff… and any time of year, frankly.) How about you: Any fun plans?
Meanwhile, an important reminder: The big Zoom workshop is tomorrow, Tuesday, at 11 am PT/2 pm ET! If you are a paid subscriber to my newsletter along with the Substacks of Aly Walansky and Jill Schildhouse, and you RSVPed, you should have already received your confirmation and Zoom login by email.
