I’ve gotten many questions from readers over the years about how to pitch and land podcasts, and today I’m sharing something that can really help: PodPitch.
Let me intro you to the new platform: It’s the largest podcast database in the world. The software allows you to load in client information; it then researches podcasts, finds the best email address, and pitches them from your email address — all automatically. (The emails are really sent from your email, too, so there are no issues with spam or deliverability.)
You can fine-tune the pitches PodPitch sends to your own personal writing style by uploading example emails. Every pitch references a recent podcast episode for ultimate personalization, and you can edit and revise any pitch before it’s sent! Here’s a link to book a demo and see it for yourself.
How PodPitch Increases PR Revenue
PodPitch saves PR agencies an average of 5 to 10 hours per week for every single client. And more than half of PodPitch users report they’re able to either increase their prices or simply package “podcast booking” as a new standalone service.
PodPitch comes pre-loaded with every active podcast in the English-speaking world — as well as the hosts’ email addresses. It’s a pretty amazing platform — whose time has definitely come — and I think it can change the game for my readers.
Guaranteed Coverage
Time and time again, I repeat the mantra that guaranteed coverage is… not a thing in PR. And that’s generally true. But check this out: PodPitch is so confident in the pitches it writes for you that the platform guarantees podcast booking success for any client in any industry (every single month!) or your money back. Seriously!
This is all good stuff. To learn more about it, click here to get a personal walkthrough for one of your clients.

I took a look at PodPitch but I felt like in addition to my general wariness about AI pitches, referencing an episode I did not in fact listen to feels really disingenuous. Of course, you can edit the pitch, but then the value of the paid platform starts declining. I'm not sure that this is the best kind of innovation for PR.
